It was a panel interview for about an hour with people from different positions and departments. We talked about business and the economy. Some questions were about the job, and others were about general knowledge, with some practice examples.
The interview wasn't focused on experience with seniors or a service mindset, but rather on finding staff to run activities. There was no interest in understanding what activities seniors prefer or are interested in.
3 interviewers. 2 of them were continuously using mobile phone throughout the interview process. Total disrespect to applicant. One of these 2 mobile phone lovers was asking questions which have no value added or fault finding. The HR did not know what is the value and responsibilities of this position.
