Candidate-reported interview process
It was professionally processed with two supervisors leading the conversation. Starting with introducing this position and then going into asking questions to the candidates. Was impressed by how they professionally responded with my follow up questions. One of my best interview experiences.
It was a pretty straightforward and relaxed interview experience. This was my second interview round where I had a chance to talk with the managing editor and a senior editor. We discussed my history, what I'm capable of, and my motivations for joining their group. The team members were friendly and showed a good understanding of their jobs and what they entail.
I had one quick interview with the team manager, lasting about 30 minutes over Zoom. It involved a mix of questions about my experience and hypothetical scenarios. They followed up the next day with an offer, which I accepted.
