The hiring process involves: CV analysis, pre-selection, interview invitation, preparation, conducting the interview, candidate evaluation, decision making, candidate feedback, and finally, recruitment completion. That's it.
It took about 2-3 weeks from when I applied to when I got the offer. They responded fast at first, but things slowed down between the later steps. I never heard back after the last part, so I don't know if they made a decision.
