The hiring manager texted me to set up a screening call. A week later, a recruiter called to schedule an on-site interview for a few days later. Since they're hybrid, their availability was limited, and I couldn't make it work. They then sent an email saying they were considering other candidates. While I know the job market is tough, it's unprofessional to broadcast needs via text and calls. An email confirmation of availability should have been provided.

Had 3 rounds of interview. 1. HRBP - Went well, very polite and inclusive. 2. Senior manager TA - Went well, was more of conversation to get to know the firm and my background. 3. Panel Interview- Good.
