There were 2 interviews and an assessment, and it wasn't difficult. The first interview involved basic questions about licensing, and the second one used the STAR method. If you know how to answer those types of questions, you'll be hired.
it was super friendly and the interviewer only asked me behavioural questions.
The first part was a typical phone screen, which was pretty easy. They asked basic questions, and the chat was nice. They didn't share much about benefits, vacation, or how they track performance, and I had to really dig to get those details. After that, I got a really long assessment that was mainly a personality test with a bunch of weird and irrelevant questions, most of which had nothing to do with the job. I heard back with a rejection email three days after finishing the assessment.
