Candidate-reported interview process

You'll get an email from the recruiter to set up a phone interview. They will ask you some basic questions about your background and qualifications, which lasts about 20 minutes. If the management is still interested in you, they will let you know that you'll have 2 more interviews. You will receive the outcome via email within a few days.

The process was long. I had to chase them a few times because I thought they forgot about me. I had two phone interviews before an in-person one, then nothing for 2 weeks. Then I came in for the interview, and it took another 2 weeks to get an offer.

I had a phone interview first, then an in-person interview with 2 people, and then a third which was to go over details of the salary, benefits, etc and they extended a job offer.
