Candidate-reported interview process

First they checked my background and professional experience, then checked my technical qualifications. After that there was a hands-on test. Finally, I had to prove my qualifications during face-to-face interviews.

The interview was quick and easy, with very basic industry questions. Communication was good, and HR was very straightforward in answering my concerns.

The process had 3 steps. First, there was an online interview that was pretty chill, mostly to get to know each other. They asked about my personality and background. Then, an in-person interview to see if my expectations aligned with the manager's. Lastly, a workshop to check out my work.
