It was an easy phone call conversation, open and good. However, the job didn't meet my financial needs as a tenured rep, so I couldn't consider it. You understand that not all companies require that type of employee.
They asked me about my past internships. And about my CPA. Also, they wanted to know about the software I've used from my resume. And they talked about which department I'd prefer to join.
I was interviewed by four people, which was a bit overwhelming at first, but everyone was really nice and asked questions directly related to the job. I felt comfortable and welcome.
