Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and had my first interview with the Manager. About two weeks later, I had my second interview with the Manager and the Regional Director. The questions were mostly about personality, like 'if you were a drink, what would you be?' They might be trying to see who fits in with the current team.

I had a first chat with a recruiter, then interviewed virtually with the hiring manager. After that, I went into the office for another interview. They also gave me a task to edit some documentation.

So I had 2 rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager and the second was a panel interview. All in all, it was a good process. The salary offer was on the low side, kind of below market value though.
