It was just a recruiter call, and I didn't move forward. I'm not sure about the rest of the process, and I was hoping for some feedback from the recruiter, but I never got any.
The first step is an HR round where they will verify your basic details against the job description, and check if your location and salary expectations are viable. Then there's a Senior Mid Management Round to assess your effectiveness for the role. After that, the HOD round's outcome mainly depends on the feedback from the Senior/Mid Manager. The MD round also heavily relies on the feedback from the Senior/Mid Manager. Finally, there's the HR Negotiation, which depends on the allocated budget.
after the cv got shortlisted, the candidate is called for interview. there were two rounds: first technical and second HR. the negotiation is done at HR round. after the selection the document submission is there which is helped by the HR staff. the main hurdle was the technical interview phase. HR round is general and is concentrated on salary negotiation.
