Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 6 interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. There were hardly any breaks between them because the recruitment team wasn't very organized. When I got there, nobody was there to meet me or guide me on where to go, which caused everything to start late.

The interview started normally. The scheduled interviewer canceled 30 minutes before, so I agreed to switch to another one, which took the recruiter 15 minutes to arrange. The replacement interviewer hadn't reviewed my resume, admitting so when asked. The interview started poorly when he asked me to write a function and then read it back, insisting on exact syntax rather than the algorithm, which was unusual for someone with my experience. I lost interest after that.

It was a great experience with a brilliant group of people. The process started with two phone interviews, and then I had a full-day of one-on-one interviews with six different people. Each interview lasted about half an hour, and every interviewer focused on a specific area they were responsible for evaluating. The questions covered a range of topics, from behavioral to technical.
