So there were two rounds of interviews, and they were both on Zoom. They asked typical questions about my experience and why I'm interested in A24 and film in general.
There were two main stages to the interview process. The first was a group interview with about five other candidates. The second stage was a one-on-one interview with your potential managers and coworkers if you made it past the first round. For the group interview, it's recommended to speak up early, otherwise, your responses might sound like everyone else's.
After applying, there were two rounds of interviews. The first was a casual phone chat, and the second was a Zoom meeting that took about half an hour. Before all that, there was a case study to complete.
