Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was unnecessarily long for a coordinator role, involving four interviews, a detailed 5-part project, and a presentation. Despite the company being a multi-billion dollar entity, the offered salary was significantly below market rates ($22-$25). The company was also evasive about the expected workload, which was a red flag. Although initially excited, the candidate was disappointed and ultimately rejected the offer.

First there was a phone call screening with HR, and then I had interviews with some team members. It took about a month total, with communication in between interviews.

I got an email to set up a phone chat with HR. They asked like 3 or 4 questions and then let me ask some questions at the end. The HR person gave me their email and said I could reach out if I had more questions. They said I'd hear back in about a week. I didn't hear anything for over a week, so I emailed them for an update but never got a reply. It felt unprofessional and not genuine.
