The interview process took a bit longer due to unforeseen circumstances, but the employer communicated everything very well. The first round was a conversation with an HR representative and the team manager, focused on getting to know me and covering classic motivation-related questions. The second round was with the director, conducted in a relaxed atmosphere with a high level of transparency. Regardless of the outcome, they provide feedback. The experience was friendly, with no specific skill tests—rather, the emphasis was on experience and competencies.
The process was really friendly and moved quickly. It mainly involved behavioral questions, like 'Why A1?' and 'Why this position?'. There was also a case question that required preparing and presenting a PowerPoint. Overall, it felt very manageable!
Had an HR interview which was a cool experience. Then a technical interview, took 3 weeks to get it but it was a good experience. After that, an interview with higher management where we talked about expectations, future plans, roadmap, and how the team is functioning.
