Interview was pretty straight forward. I was promised I would be notified of their decision either way and that was not the case. This seems to be the new standard in corporate.
The interview process was great. The recruiter gives you great suggestions to get the position and be successful. The interview process was very clear and precise, and it was fun.
You have to apply first, then they will reach out for you to take an assessment. After that, they will message you again to do an online video interview with various questions. If you pass that, you'll have a 15 minute phone call interview. Then, a FaceTime interview with another recruiter. After that, there's an in-person interview with a ride along. If you get the job offer, there are 8 weeks of training: 4 weeks locally and 4 weeks in a training class at the AZ headquarters.
