A Wider Circle Interview Questions

The Zoom interview was set up quickly. I interviewed with the hiring manager. It seemed to go well, and I was told a second interview would happen the next week. After several weeks passed, I was informed that I wasn't chosen for the role.

Things moved pretty fast after I applied. I had my first interview with two people on the team, and they told me right away that they were going to recommend me for another interview. The next interview was with someone more senior and it was the following week.

It was pretty standard. I talked to the executive director and another supervisor. They asked about my career goals and what I saw myself doing at the organization. We also chatted about my current studies and how they might benefit the organization. I bet the interview process is pretty different depending on the job, though. They always need help moving stuff, and they knew from the start that I could do that.
