A&W Restaurants Operations Manager interviews, decoded.

The interview went well. One of the managers conducted my interview. First thing, they asked if I had a food handler's certificate, which I did, and they really liked that. If I didn't have it, they would have signed me up to get one. Then we talked about the situations I've faced in the workplace and how I was able to resolve them.

I had a chat with 2 of the owners. They were pros and asked stuff that actually mattered for the job. They kept it all business and were punctual, not wasting time on one thing too long.

I had a phone interview where they asked about my work ethics, customer service approach, and how I'd handle difficult situations. After that, I had an in-person interview that included questions about myself and other behavioral questions. Overall, it was a good experience and they made me feel comfortable.
