You'll apply on the company site or a job board. HR will look over your resume. Then, a recruiter will call you for a quick chat about your background and if you're a good fit. After that, there might be a skills test, like a coding challenge or case study. If you pass that, you'll have a longer interview with the hiring manager about your past experiences and how you solve problems. The last step is meeting with a few people from the team or leadership for a panel interview where they'll ask behavioral questions and talk more about technical stuff. If everything goes well, they'll make an offer and do a background check.
So there were 3 rounds in total. The first round was basically for us to introduce ourselves and they asked about our qualifications and went over our resume. Then the second round was about mobile specifications, and the last round was an HR interview.
had a 30 min call with a recruiter first, then i interviewed in person with the general manager. Everyone was super great and smart. Great experience over all. they gave me water and asked if i needed anything else.
