The interview process was really nice and I felt welcomed. It was an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. The staff were very nice and they talked about the job.
An HR person initially contacted me about the role, mainly via text. Then, there was a tour of the facility followed by an interview with the director.
The supervisor was really attentive and asked some deep questions. They wanted to know how I conceptualize patients and talked about the services the foundation offers for people in the criminal justice system. We also discussed case management and how comfortable I am working with special populations.
