You apply and then wait for a response based on your CV and cover letter. If you pass, you have a first interview with future colleagues. If you pass that, you have a second interview with someone from HR and the manager of your role/future team. You also have to take a personality test to assess your reliability and integrity. The results are then discussed in the second interview. If you show who you are well and how you interact with people and address them in daily life, it should go well and you have a good chance of being hired.
Applied on their website, got an email from HR for an interview. There were two rounds, and if they think you're good, you get a second interview with people higher up.
The process included an online assessment with different parts, like verbal logic, number series, and Raven's Progressive Matrices, to check your analytical thinking, pattern recognition, and abstract reasoning. Then there was a first interview, which was an introductory chat focused on your motivation, background, and drives, exploring your interest in the role, ambitions, and fit with the team and company culture. The second interview was a deeper dive where you'd be given a live data analysis problem, involving interpreting data and practically code-reviewing someone else's approach.
