I submitted my resume and got a call back in two days for a quick phone screening. Next, the manager called me in for an in-person interview the following week. This part involved regular interview questions and a task where I had to check out a competitor's store and point out what I'd change. After that, I had another interview with the district manager who asked more general questions and then offered me the job.
Had a great conversation with the District Manager. They were kind and seemed genuinely interested in helping me grow as part of the team. We talked one-on-one first, and then they took me inside a store to meet a store manager and some employees. I got to observe what they were doing.
I met the District Manager at a Starbucks, where she casually asked me some questions before leaving. Then, I had a brief phone interview with the Regional Manager that I barely remember.
