Candidate-reported interview process

I spoke with them about my past roles and the challenges I faced. Since I managed several small businesses successfully, we discussed that a lot. They explained the manager roles I'd be doing if hired, talked about the company's background, and outlined the benefits. I asked about the usual work schedule, and they answered my questions.

It started with a brief group interview. After that, there was a one-on-one meeting with either the district manager or the regional manager. Since it's a retail job, they'll probably have the group pick an outfit for an event to see how comfortable they are in that situation. They also look a lot at appearance to guess if you'll fit the look needed to promote their clothing line.

It was a really chill and friendly chat, felt super comfortable and conversational. I had two interviews, one with the Store Manager and then the District Manager. The background check took about two weeks to clear.
