Candidate-reported interview process

It was a nice and easy interview, not stressful. Basically a chat. The manager told me everything about the job and the work environment seemed good.

I got an email and then a Google Meets interview with the recruiter. They asked about my application, specifically my salary expectations, which I was asked about again in the interview. They said my expectations were too high for the central London store manager role, which was around £28k. They mentioned considering me for a flagship position but I never heard back, not even for feedback. The interviewer was in a stockroom with people coming and going, which was inappropriate.

It takes 3 interviews to get more detailed information, which one could have in them. Time-consuming and unnecessary. Specific questions are answered vaguely or not addressed at all.
