I interviewed on campus for this role. There was a Pre Placement Talk first, then a Face To Face interview. If selected, I will work in the production department for 2 years.
A recruiter reached out about this temp-to-hire Accounts Receivable Specialist role. I spoke with the Receivables Manager, and it was a pretty easy conversation. She was ready to offer me the temp position, but then they put a hiring freeze in place.
It was mostly behavioral questions, pretty straightforward. They asked some questions about how I'd handle working under pressure. There were also a few questions about location constraints. They finished up by seeing if I'd be a good cultural fit for the industry and the company.
