Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was a panel interview, and I thought it was very professional and a good experience overall. I would recommend this job to others.

The process was super quick and easy. The place was getting cleaned up as they prepared to open for the summer schedule. The feeling was easy-going and the questions were easy, but some were heavy too.

It was two interviews, one with the group head you'd possibly work with, and another with the head of onboarding. They asked questions about you and your knowledge of the nonprofit and its mission.
