Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter called to discuss job opportunities and salary ranges. I was cautious because of recent layoffs and high turnover, and the company's market reputation hasn't been great.

The Interview Process was pleasant involving typical multiple stages—including online assessments, the initial screening, then onto a few phone interviews with the recruiter and lastly an in-person interview with the Branch Manager.

It was a quick and easy interview. The staff, including the manager and HR team, were very helpful and open during the conversation. If you prepare well, it will be a good interview. Just know your basics.
