Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process moved really fast between the first and second interviews. But after the third interview, I never heard back from them again, just the generic "We'll get back to you ASAP with our decision." It felt like a complete waste of my time, and honestly, I was shocked by how unprofessional they were.

It was a great experience and the multiple calls I had went smoothly. The managers interviewing me were excited and passionate about the company’s future. Everyone spoke kindly of the CEO and culture.

It was super professional, yet I was totally chill. We had a good back-and-forth, just getting to know each other, and talking about the company, the role, and what it entails. I'm feeling really good about it.
