Candidate-reported interview process

I submitted an online application and heard back within a few days with a phone call. Following that, I had a phone interview that was brief, and then an in-person interview which was pretty straightforward.

I applied on a monday, heard back the next day about an interview that friday and got hired. It felt like a really serious interview at first, but the HR person was super friendly and understanding. They explained everything really well (pay, pros, cons, requirements), which was great for deciding if I wanted the job. They asked me questions about myself (education, a quick summary of who I am, if I smoke, and planned holidays). If I met the requirements, I got an offer!

I sent my resume via email and they called me to schedule an onsite interview. The CEO interviewed me, and she was very clear and kind, making me feel comfortable. They resolved everything and gave me an offer the same day. This interview was really fast and easy, and the center looks like a great place to work. The HR person was also super helpful and nice.
