Candidate-reported interview process

Got a text about setting up an interview within a week of applying. Went in and was asked to wait around for a bit. Then the manager came over and asked me about myself. It was a very laid back interview. She then showed me around and I was offered the job the next day.

I had a group interview in the food court with 5 other girls and 2 managers. They made us feel comfortable but it was still professional. It was a relaxed interview with easy questions. They said we'd get an email in a few hours. I got mine the next day and was offered the job! I went in two days later to do the paperwork. The whole thing took about 4 days.

We had a group interview with the manager and two other applicants. It was pretty laid back and we talked about our work ethic, our sense of style, and how we worked in a group. I got the job the same day. I applied during the summer because they were hiring a lot of seasonal workers for the back to school rush.
