The Branch Manager conducted the interview, asking numerous questions in a one-on-one setting. They were particularly interested in how I could contribute assets to the company and drive growth. They also inquired about my industry experience and how I would support them and their clients.
I had a prior working relationship with the hiring team at another company, so they were already familiar with my work. The interview process consisted of a single meeting with stockbrokers, after which I was hired. I filled in as a temporary Sales Assistant for 8 weeks while a colleague was on medical leave.
Started with a phone screen from HR. Then there was an in person HR interview that included some computer tests. After that, I met with the department head and a team leader. I wasn't expecting a group interview, I thought there'd be more 1:1 time. They were nice and asked questions, and spent a good amount of time with me. After the interviews, they didn't give much followup on status, and much later sent the usual 'position filled' email.
