Candidate-reported interview process

It’s a 3 step interview process with the recruiter, Territory Manager and General Manager, questions based on industry skillset and people skills. Basic electrical skills and diagnostics along with situational behavioral questions.

The process was disorganized. I had to travel to another state after a few reschedules. The first step was a phone interview, followed by another phone interview a few days later, after which they asked me to come in for a test.

You'll start with an online test that takes about an hour. It's important you can read a voltmeter before you apply. Knowing how to read basic schematics is a plus, but honestly, the managers interviewing you probably haven't fixed anything themselves because this company tends to hire management from outside. Don't expect to move up beyond the role you're hired for.
