The interview process was kind of vague and didn't feel very productive. It wasn't the best or most thorough interview I've had. I didn't get a lot of info from it. The interviewer seemed really bland and was trying to be standoffish, but I think they were just upset about how much work needed to be done.
It began with a brief phone call, after which I was invited for an in-person interview and a tour. The second interview felt pretty casual; I ended up asking most of the questions.
It was a two-interview process, and they were both really professional and helpful. I got to learn a lot about the company's background, what they stand for, and how they operate. They were very open about what the job entails and what they'd be looking for from me during the internship.
