A+ Dental and Implant Center Marketing interviews, decoded.

The hiring manager was 30 minutes late for my interview, which ended up being two hours long. He was really rude and arrogant during the whole thing. It was the worst interview I've ever had.

My interview at A+ Dental was pretty bad. First I had to do online quizzes on Indeed for about 30 mins, then another 30 mins in their office answering questions about math, computer skills, and other stuff. The owner was really rude during the interview, even though I have 6 years of marketing experience and was the only marketing person for a big business. He was aggressive and dismissed my qualifications. I almost left because he was so unprofessional. It was one of the worst interviews I've had, and I don't recommend them for a good interview process.

It was a bit weird. I had to take a personality test and then wait for the interview. Talking to the CEO was tough. He seemed really doubtful about current marketing trends. He was abrupt and seemed to get angry easily, even though a lot of the work could be done remotely. He had some pretty unrealistic expectations.
