So after we got picked as semi-finalists, we had this 45-minute panel interview with a bunch of ABC people. Then, we had to do a presentation on a topic they gave us beforehand.
They were fast in responding and I got through all 4 rounds, but then they ghosted me. I even asked for updates and still heard nothing. It was pretty unprofessional. Some people there were nice, but others seemed really arrogant. Also, the job isn't what you'd expect it to be. You'd have to give up a lot of evenings and your mental health for just a few small perks.
After applying, I got a call for a phone screening within a couple days. Then I came in for a second round of interviews on-site in person. That was in the same week as the screening. During the in-person interviews, I met with 3 program managers, and then the National Director. I was given mixed signals about the next steps and it was quite ambiguous. A few weeks later, I heard back that they chose another candidate.
