I had a phone screen with HR and then my first interview was the same week. It felt like the whole team was there. They were friendly, but the camera on/off was distracting. I thought I might get an offer, but then they mentioned compensation might be lower. After waiting, I found out they hired someone with more experience. It started well but got weird.
The process went really well. The people were professional and asked good questions. I felt welcomed throughout. It involved an interview with the recruiting director and then a panel interview.
It was pretty simple. The interviewers knew the software well which helped a lot. They told me about the team and were really open about what the job would be.
