The interview process was pretty straightforward, at least with the department boss. They asked pretty typical questions like strengths, weaknesses, and why you want to work here. But, there's a lot they don't tell you about working conditions and company culture, which you find out after you start.

I saw the hiring sign and went in, and they interviewed me about 15 minutes after I submitted the application. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. The next day, I received two phone calls for separate interviews. About two hours after that, they gave me a job offer.

We did a phone interview first, and then I had an in-person interview.
