Candidate-reported interview process

I first got an email asking me to do a phone interview. After I passed the phone interview, I was scheduled for a face to face to face interview.

A recruiter reached out via email, leading to a phone interview. After passing that, I went to the store for an in-person interview with the manager. It was held upstairs in the stockroom with a chair and a spotlight.

I talked with a recruiter and then had a phone interview, a skype interview, and finally an interview with the district manager. The recruiter was helpful and the process was pretty smooth. There was a delay of about 2 weeks to hear back after the background check about my start date and location, due to some issues with the training facility. Overall, it was a good experience.
