I put in my application online and then got called back for an interview. I talked to two digital marketers who asked me about myself and then my background and experience. They also asked about my thought process. Then I had another interview with different people. About a week later, they gave me an offer.

I sent my resume for a job I saw online and got contacted for an interview a few days later. I was excited because the company looked good. The interview started well, but then they told me the job I applied for wasn't actually open. They apparently don't hire many people from other SEO firms, and the interviewer didn't even know which job I'd applied for. They said if I wanted that role, I'd have to start at the very bottom and work my way up, which felt like a bait-and-switch.

I sent in my resume and cover letter to the email address listed on the site. I got a call for an interview pretty quickly, within a few days. After just one interview, they offered me the job.
