It was about a week long process, with three interviews total: one with HR and then two with people who were higher up. I ended up getting an offer. I didn't have to go into the office at all since it was fully remote.
I was cold called about this position but they do have an internship program for students. The interview process consisted of 2 phone calls with the marketing manager. It was really easy to talk to them and the interview went smoothly. I'm not sure about the traditional interview process because this was conducted during COVID-19.
I had to submit topics to the conference panel, and I provided over 6 ideas for consideration. They asked me to submit recommendations from other conferences and clients I had spoken for before. Then, they held a phone interview and asked me a series of questions, and after that, they asked for a demo.
