The interview process was quite relaxed and actually beneficial for my own career development. It started with a screening call, followed by a casual first round. I progressed to the second round but wasn't selected further. There was a moderate to long wait for updates between the interview stages.
The interview went pretty well overall with the Head of People, though she made a comment about my past experience that I didn't love. She implied my previous role was easy and didn't require much selling. I don't recall her exact words, but it prompted me to respond that we had to fight for every sale.
The interview had a weird vibe since I was the only one on webcam. I asked if they could fix that so I could see the two people interviewing me, but they said no.
