The interview process was pretty quick and simple, lasting no more than 20 minutes. I was interviewed by the assistant manager and the general manager, and it was mostly standard behavioral questions.

It started with a screening, then they hit me with technical questions about tax compliance and reporting. After that, there were case studies, and a behavioral part checking how I handle teamwork and deadlines. They mentioned an optional practical test, and then a final round with motivation questions that needed real examples. The whole thing was pretty fun.

We had an initial phone call to schedule the interview, but they seemed uncertain if my post-graduation start date was acceptable. They called back about 30 minutes later to inform me that it wasn't and subsequently cancelled the interview.
