The whole interview process for this role took about 2 months from beginning to end. Throughout the entire process, I was checking in with HR to get updates on my application status because there were often times I wouldn't hear back for over a week. Sadly, I didn't get the job. Everyone I interviewed with was really nice, but going through an interview process for 2 months was mentally exhausting, to say the least. When I finally found out I didn't get the role (after the 4th round of interviews), it was again over a week after our last contact, which was not the 1-2 business days that they had promised.
So we had 3 rounds total. The first was a 30 min screening. Then the second was a behavioural round with 2 hiring managers. The third was a behavioural plus a case study plus coding round with 1 hiring manager and the director. They gave me a dataset and I had to write queries to make a pivot table, find the average in the language I was comfortable with. The case study was for a pretend client who wanted to increase profit next fiscal year.
There were two rounds for the interview, with about a week in between them. The first round had one 1-hour interview covering behavioral questions and a small case study. The second round had two interviews: the first one was 1 hour long, also with behavioral questions and a small case study, and the second one was another 1-hour interview focused on a larger case study.
