Candidate-reported interview process

So you begin with a phone interview. I assumed it'd be a friendly chat, given how much they push their company culture. But the call was harsh and rude. When I answered a question, they actually laughed and said, 'Yeah, that's not how we would answer.' Really disappointing how the interview didn't match what they say about the company.

The interview process itself was a very seamless process that did not require too much upfront time, just remember your basic behavioral question answers and why you want to join the company.

I got this interview through on-campus recruiting. I went to the company 3 times. First, I had a 1.5 hour case interview. Then, I was invited to a 2 hour dinner. The day after, I went back for my final interview which was personality and case study, and it lasted 2.5 hours. It was a very thorough and worthwhile process. Everyone was nice and communicated clearly. I enjoyed my interview experience!
