I had one screener phone call with get to know you questions. Then I had a longer interview day with another behavioral interview and a case study on Kroger data. The case was fun and the people were nice.
The first interview was all behavioral, and the final round included a fit and case interview. The HR team managed the process smoothly and it was well-organized. It's recommended to brush up on studying graphs and figures.
For the development program, there were 2 rounds. The first round was behavioral, and the second round included both behavioral and a case study. The process seemed pretty straightforward, and it felt like they're really looking for a particular personality type and skillset.
