Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty straightforward and pleasant interview process. I had two rounds, and each round involved conversations with multiple people. It was not stressful at all and gave me a good sense of the job and the team. Overall, it felt like an easy interview experience.

I had four rounds of interviews, but then someone on the C suite quit which led to a hiring freeze. One of the interviews involved doing a presentation on a Data improvement topic. Everyone was really nice, and I would have been thrilled to work there.

I applied for a job and got contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. The interview was scheduled, but they cancelled a few minutes before it was supposed to start and said they would reschedule. I never heard back even after reaching out multiple times over two weeks. They never responded to my follow-up messages, so I never got to have the interview.
