I've gone through interviews with this company three times now, and only realized it later. It's always the same recruiters who seem unaware of the specific position, asking generic questions from a script before sending a rejection email immediately after. I can't believe I spent 30 minutes of my valuable time with these people. It's like they send interview requests to everyone and then screen them later after wasting your time. How can you interview the same person three times over two years and not realize it? Seriously, look elsewhere if you want a job, and don't bother with these people.
Had several interviews, finishing with two meetings with the CEO. These were to see if I was aligned on the opportunity, my approach, mindset, values, and then we talked compensation and a senior profit sharing/equity plan. The depth of discussion felt right. After I was hired, I learned that the reality of the job was quite different from what was presented, especially concerning the actual corporate goals and culture.
The recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn to start. A week later, I heard back that the director wanted to chat. The day after that interview, the VP wanted to meet. I interviewed with the VP, and three days after that, their system said I didn't get the job. I tried to get feedback on why, but got ghosted.
