The interview process was efficient and quick, but also thorough. It's clear they put effort into picking the right person. Everyone I met was super friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable and helped calm my nerves.
So, the interview process had three main parts. The first was supposed to be a phone call, but I messed up and went in person instead. Then there was a group interview with two interviewers. The last one was a working interview at the actual job site. I first had a quick chat with the shift supervisor I'd be reporting to. After that, I spent about 40 minutes on the floor with a trainer, showing them I could learn and follow the steps. They got back to me a day or so later with a job offer.
This was an initial phone interview for the role. The hiring manager set up a time for me to call them, and they were ready when I did. It was scheduled for 15 minutes but went nearly 40 minutes. I found out about their regular work hours and if overtime is an option, but that was about it.
