It was a recruiter screen followed by a hiring manager panel interview. I didn't make it past the hiring manager team call. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and easy, and the process moved fast with efficient responses.
The process was great, it had 4 stages: recruiter, hiring manager, peers, then an offer meeting. Everyone I met was super professional and kind, and they described the process in detail ahead of time. I got an offer but decided not to take it.
They reached out to schedule an interview and suggested some times. However, they ended up canceling my interview the day before because they had already offered the position to someone else. Looking back, I guess it's good they didn't waste my time if they had already made a decision.
