After the first interview round, they just left me hanging. No email or call back, nothing. I have plenty of experience and felt I deserved better treatment. The interview itself was awkward, and the second interviewer seemed uninterested and nonchalant. He didn’t seem to care about anything I said. So, I’m actually glad they never got back to me.
The interview process had a lot of steps, it felt like they were searching for questions to ask by the end. But, everyone was friendly, and I heard back quickly after each stage.
The interview started with a phone screen, followed by a video interview with two team leads. Then, there was a one-hour mock chat assessment. They expect you to study and take over an hour out of your day (mine went over by 20 minutes) to pretend to be a CSR dealing with a difficult customer. This is one of the silliest things I’ve ever had to do for a job. My advice to leadership: this interview process is time consuming, stressful, and puts all interviewees at a disadvantage. This is an “entry level position”, so treat it as such. Two interviews would suffice.
