First, there was a 15-30 minute virtual interview. After that, there was an in-person orientation/final interview. The in-person part lasted 5 hours, which was a bit longer than I expected, but it was otherwise pretty straightforward.
It was a very chill, fun, and energetic Zoom meeting. It was pretty casual. One person interviewed me, and they were amazing. The only downside was that they didn't mention unpaid full-day training.
I was contacted via Indeed and had a virtual interview, which was a really great and relaxed experience. After that, I was invited for an orientation to discuss the company and do a small trial. They let you know if you got the job during the process, along with other candidates.
